I am disappointed that NWF is not objective on the effects that mankind has on global warming. I am a member of NWF and an active environmentalist.I feel that mankind's effect is negligible. Eventually this political bubble will burst. This myth is distracting us from the true environmental problems. Don't mention me because I receive funding from DOE.

The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change(IPCC) reports that the average surface temperature of the earth increased nearly 1.4°F in the 20th century, due primarily to human caused global warming pollution.
The IPCC projects a 3.2-7.2oF increase during the 21st century, depending upon the extent to which we reduce global warming pollution. "
Scientists have told us that we must reduce global warming pollution by 80% by 2050 to avoid the worst impacts of global warming. They have set the goal, now we have to set the pace. We can get there by reducing global warming pollution by 2% every year for the next 40 years.
America's Climate Security Act (S.2191) provides the best hope for reducing global warming pollution and providing the necessary financial resources to conserve natural resources threatened by prior global warming emissions.
